ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ ముఖ్య మంత్రి నారా చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు గారు వోట్ కి నోట్ కేసులో చట్టపరంగా తెలంగాణా లో శిక్ష పడకుంట తప్పించుకోవాలి అనుకుంటే ఏదైనా ఒక సర్టిఫైడ్ డాక్టర్ లేదా సైకియాట్రిస్ట్ నుండి గత నెల విదేశీ పర్యటనల ద్వార తీవ్ర అలసట చైనా, జపాన్ వెళ్లి వాళ్ళ బాషలో మాట్లాడడానికి ప్రయత్నం చేసినప్పటి నుండి నుండి  అనగా దాదాపు 20-మే-2015 నుండి కొన్ని విషయాల మీద అవగాహనా తప్పి, పిచ్చి పిచ్చి గా చేస్తున్నాడు అని వాళ్ళు రాసి ఇచ్చిన మందులు గూడా వేసుకుంటున్నాడు అని న్యాయ స్థానానికి సాక్షాలు సుపెట్టుతే సరిపోతింది.

Legal Advise For AP CM CBN To Escape From Jail

Andhra Pradesh chief minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu has only one option left to escape from jail as convicted criminal in the current cash-for-vote case. In order to do that just CBN need to get a certified copy from a doctor or psychiatrist stating that he lost his mental consciousness and behaving unnaturally since his return from China and Japan visits where he tried to speak in their own languages, but failed to do.

If CBN can successfully submit this kind of report then courts may ask Telangana government to treat him first before prosecuting.

Heard that courts do not consider the statements of mentally retarded people.
