The sudden death of Rohit Vemula,
a Ph.D scholar from Hyderabad Central University, is still fresh in our minds,
but clueless on real reasons for which he suddenly committed suicide. By
understanding through different sources, it confirms that he came under heavy
influence on various topics especially on religious and social lines.
Imagine, if any university professor
or organization with direct contacts to banned outfits looking for Rohit like
brilliant students, the job of them becomes more easy in spreading their ideology
in students.
The fear of such reality was
unearthed by Medak police through a surrendered Maoist sympathizer, who
confessed his role as courier between
the Osmainia University professor Chintakindi Khasim and Maoist Central
committee member Chandrannaa.
Wish the police and university
administration will investigate this and hold the sanity of universities in our
country and save our brilliant students who comes to universities with big
dreams.
