“భారత్ మాతా కి జై” అని కొంత మంది ముస్లిమ్స్ ఎందుకు అనరు? “దార్-ఉల్-హర్బ్” “దార్-ఉల్-ఇస్లాం” అంటే ఏంటిది?

“నా మెడ మీద కత్తి పెట్టిన కూడా నేను భారత్ మాతా కి జై” అన అని అసదుద్దిన్ ఒవైసీ అంటే, హైదరాబాద్ కు చెంది జామియా నిజామియా అనే సంస్థ “భారత్ మాతాకి జై” లాంటి నినాదాలు ఇస్లాం కు వ్యతిరేకం అని ఫత్వా కూడా జారి చేసింది. దీనికి వివరణగా కొంత మంది ముస్లిమ్స్ సోషల్ మీడియా లో భరత్ మాత అంటే హిందువులు పూజించే దేవత కాబట్టి , ఖురాన్ ప్రకారం మాకు “అల్లాహ్ “ మాత్రమే దేవుడు, ఇంకొకరిని మేము ““అల్లాహ్“ కు సమానంగా గుర్తించలేము కాబట్టి మేము “భారత్ మాతాకి జై” అనం అని సమర్ధించుకుంటున్నారు. 

అంటే హిందువులు తాము జీవిస్తున్న దేశాన్ని తమకు ఇష్టమైన ఒక దేవతగా కొలవడం ఇక్కడ ఉన్న కొంత మంది ముస్లిమ్స్ సమ్మతం కాదు అట్లాంటి హిందువుల మనోభావలతోటి ఎలాంటి సంబధం గాని గౌరవం గాని లేదు అనే పరోక్షంగా చెప్పడమే.

ఇట్లాంటి వాదనలు విన్న ప్రతి సారి డాక్టర్ అంబేద్కర్ పాకిస్తాన్ ఏర్పాటు పై మరి ముక్యంగా ముస్లిమ్స్ పై చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యలను మనం నిరంతరం గుర్తు చేసుకుంటూ ఉండాల్సిన అవసరం ఉన్నది అనిపిస్తది.

ప్రతి ముస్లిం కి హిందువు ఒక కాఫిర్ ( ఇస్లాం ని నమ్మని వాడు ). కాఫిర్లు ద్వార నడపబడుతున్న ప్రతి రాజ్యం కూడా  “దార్-ఉల్-హర్బ్” ( అంటే ముస్లిమ్స్ కి యుద్ధం చేస్తున్న భూమి అని అర్ధం), దీని ప్రకారం అక్కడ నివసిస్తున్న ముస్లిమ్స్ ఏ విధంగా నైన సరే అట్టి ప్రాంతాన్ని లేదా రాజ్యాన్ని “దార్-ఉల్-ఇస్లాం” ( కేవలం ముస్లిమ్స్ నివసించే ప్రాంతం) గా మార్చడానికి పని చేస్తారు అని చెప్పడం జరిగింది.

అంటే ఇప్పుడు “భారత్ మాతా కి జై” అనం అని నినదిస్తున్న ముస్లిమ్స్, తమ తమ ప్రయత్నంలో ఎలాంటి లోపం లేకుంట “దార్-ఉల్-ఇస్లాం”  గా మార్చే ప్రయత్నాల్లో భాగమే అని అర్ధం చేసుకుంటే భరత్ దేశాన్ని “దార్-ఉల్-హర్బ్” - “దార్-ఉల్-ఇస్లాం” అనే దృష్టి తో చూసే వాళ్ళను గుర్తించి ఇప్పుడు ఉన్న మన దేశంలో ఇట్లాంటి వాళ్ళకు , వాదనలకు స్థానం లేదు అని గట్టిగ చెప్పుతూ చేతల్లల్లో కూడా చూపాల్సిన అవసరం ఉన్నది.

Som Media Outlets Fooling Muslims

We have numerous stories where Muslims have become victims of vote bank politics where many main stream political parties utilized this method to maximum extent possible. After political parties, now some media outlets trying to fool Muslims with fake news.

Couple of days ago, some sections of media have a quoted an RTI applicant Shri Pushp Sharma's revealations which alleged that Muslims were denied the jobs of yoga teachers under the current NDA government's Ministry of Ayush. 

But the truth revealed from Ministry of Ayush in its press statement has cleared every thing.

Clarification regarding RTI of Shri Pushp Sharma

The Ministry of AYUSH has noted with anguish certain mischievous misinformation being spread in certain section of media and Social media quoting a reply to an RTI by mentioning a fabricated draft as Annexure I to that letter, which has never been issued by the Ministry of AYUSH or any of its agencies.

The Ministry strongly condemns this piece of misreporting, clearly aimed at causing chasm between different sections of Society and promoting disharmony and mistrust with ulterior motives. The ministry further clarifies that factual position is as under: -

RTI request dated 17.09.2015 was received in the Ministry, from one Shri Pushp Sharma seeking the following information –

1. How many times (Date- Time- Year) Yog Councils were formulated in last ten years.

2. Detail list of each council (Yog Council Members) every time when formulated in last ten years.

3. Name of Yoga council members who got selected for more than one time, in last ten years.

4. How many Muslim candidates were invited, selected or sent abroad as Yoga trainer/teacher during World Yoga Day 2015.

5. In what capacity Mrs. Pratishta Sharma, self-manifested Aacharya is associated with AYUSH Ministry?

6. What is the criteria to check criminal past of selected member or invited members to be part of Yoga division of AYUSH Ministry?

7. How many times, since the first Yoga Council was formulated, AYUSH Minister Officially met Yoga Council?

On receipt of the query, Ministry forwarded this RTI request to its three agencies namely Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, Central Council for Research in Yoga and Naturopathy and International Cooperation wing of the Ministry vide letter dated 08.10.2015. This is a simple forwarding letter under section 6(3) of RTI Act and therefore does not contain any reply to the queries. The same forwarding letter of the Ministry has been used by a section of the media in this matter, but with a non-existent, fictitious“ANNEXURE- I”, (which has never been issued by the Ministry).

The contents regarding religion based data in the so-called Annexure- I are not only fabricated but factually incorrect also. The response of the International Cooperation Section of the Ministry clearly said that invitations were sent to yoga experts/enthusiasts without reference to their religions. Replies sent to the applicant by MDNIY, CCRYN are also enclosed for ready reference.

The Ministry is initiating appropriate action in the matter.

Kanhaiya Accused Of Molestation In 2015 At JNU

As days progress more shocking news are emerging about the Kanhaiya Kumar, a student leader from JNU who was accused in sedition case for raising the anti-national slogans in Jawaharalal University, Delhi on February 9, 2016.

Now one more revealing news is that he was found guilty for molesting a female student of JNU and later fined of Rs 3000 by university in October 2015.

In the proctorial Enquiry, Mr. Kanhaiya Kumar ( Registration Number :29277, Enrolment Number: 11/4C/MI/004 and Year of Admission : 2011) a Ph.D student, Centre for African Studies, School of International Studies and r/o 123 (0) Brahmaputra Hostel has been found guilty of misbehaving with an Ex-student (female) of JNU and threatening her on 10^th June, 2015 on the way to Poorvanchal Hostel road.

This act of Mr. Kanhaiya Kumar is serious in nature, unbecoming of a student of JNU and calls for a strict disciplinary action against him. In view of this and also keeping his career prospects in mind, the Vice-Chancellor has taken a somewhat lenient view in the matter.

Mr. Kanhaiya Kumar is fined Rs. 3,000/- ( Rupees three thousand only) and is also warned to be careful and not to get involved in such incidents in future. Otherwise, a more stringent disciplinary action will be taken against him. He is directed to deposit the fine within 10 days from the issue of this letter and show the proof thereof to this office.

ప్రభుత్వ నిర్ణయాలు ప్రజలకు ఎల్లపుడు అందుబాటులో ఉండాలి అని కోరిక.... 

లేదా ఇట్లాంటి అనుమానానికి అవకాశం :  "నిజంగానే సామాన్య ప్రజలకు ముఖ్యంగా బడ్జెట్ కేటాయింపులు చేసే ఈ సమయంలో  ఈ ( G.O) లతోటి ఏమి అవసరం లేదు అని చెప్పే ఏమైనా ప్రయత్నమా?"
